Yet it is designed with a sleek stainless steel body to fit within a small area, thus maximizing your commercial kitchen space. The unit has 6 adjustable corrosion resistant shelves coated with plastic with a load capacity of 88.2 lbs each. The shelves can be seamlessly moved, making room for your bigger sized items easily.

Powerful, environmentally safe refrigeration system

It has a powerful refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant which is an environmentally-safe refrigerant, to keep your ingredients and fully-prepared foods at safe frozen temperatures. The  compressor is bottom mounted for energy efficiency, and also raises the bottom shelf. So all your frozen ingredients are within reach and you don’t have to bend as much during loading and unloading. Also, this unit has an automatic defrost feature which eliminates the need to spend invaluable time in cleaning out the ice.

Digital Temperature Control

Easily adjust the freezer cabinet's temperature within its -8 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit range with the digital temperature controller. The clear LCD readout also helps keep track of the unit’s temperature.
