The Migali® C-CO1-NG, natural gas Convection Oven, is excellent for baking the very best recipes and baked goods. This model accommodates (5) 18" x 26" full-size baking pans on the (5) nickel plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. This model includes (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double pane thermal tempered glass doors, and a bright interior light. Each Migali® Convection Oven is rated at 46,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted from 150oF to 500oF using the solid state digital controller knobs with "Hold" cooking temperature feature. This model includes an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and dual speed fan with delay switch.
